Intervention1: GROUP - 1 Indigenous Vaccum Assisted Closure Wound Therapy (I-VAC): After getting approval from the CRC and IEC. All the relevant patients coming to Orthopaedics OPD will be included
Group A (treated with Indigenous Vaccum Asssited wound Closure therapy), and group B (treated with Standard Wound Therapy ). Each wound will be surgically debrided and then will be cleaned with salin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gustilo Anderson Compound Grade II,IIIa,IIIb Fractures. Fractures without superficial infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fractures with sequestrum 2. Pathological fractures

1.To know the rate of wound infection, no. of days required for making the wound fit for skin cover procedures, for formation of granulation tissue bed and hospital stay and healing of soft tissue injury in compound fractures treated by IVAC Therapy. 2.To know the rate of wound infection, number of days required for making the wound fit for skin cover procedures, for formation of granulation tissue bed and hospital stay and healing of soft tissue injury in compound fractures treated by SWTTimepoint: 1.To know the rate of wound infection, number of days required for making the wound fit for skin cover procedures, for formation of granulation tissue bed and hospital stay and healing of soft tissue injury in compound fractures treated by IVAC Therapy. 2.
