Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS OPERATED FOR RENAL CALCULUS with either stone size more than 15mm/ complex renal calculi/ staghorn calculus.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulation abnormalities, Redo percutaneous nephrolithotomy, Stone size
