Intervention1: Experimental group: Patients aged 18-65 years with renal calculus planned for Percutaneous nephrolithotomy/ Endoscopic combined intrarenal surgery receiving pre-operative 3D reconstruct

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS OPERATED FOR RENAL CALCULUS with either stone size more than 15mm/ complex renal calculi/ staghorn calculus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulation abnormalities, Redo percutaneous nephrolithotomy, Stone size

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Stone-free rate at one month of post-procedure (assessed via postoperative imaging CT KUB).Timepoint: At 4 weeks post surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Operative time (time from first puncture to final removal of instruments) 2. Intraoperative & postoperative complications (graded using the modified clavien grading). 3. Postoperative pain. 4. Length of hospital stay. Timepoint: 1 week, 1 month & 3 months after surgery
