Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Thin gingival biotype in maxilla. 2.Healthy adults aged 18-60 years. 3.Aesthetic zone (including maxillary premolars). 4.Patients with good oral hygiene. 5.Patients who are willing to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Gingival recession & bone loss 2.Smokers 3.Immunodeficiency, Autoimmune disorders 4.Patients with history of uncontrolled systemic diseases affecting the periodontium. e.g. Diabetes Mellitus etc. 5.Patients allergic to medications. 6.Patients suffering from Periodontitis. 7.Previous surgery in the area under study within last 6 months. 8.Those undergoing antibiotic therapy or have had in last 6 months. 9.Pregnant and lactating females. 10.Patient undergoing bisphosphonate therapy. 11.Patients with inflammatory/genetic bone disorders. 12.Patient with periodontal disease.
