Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Demographic character children with age group 5 to 16 years All the patient having symptoms of phrenoderma irrespective of demographic character like sex religion Clinical character patient complaining of Keratic papule goosebumps on elbow and knees Skin dryness fine scaling hyperpigmentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with another systematic disorder like congenital anomaly juvenile diabetis mellitus malignancy any other serious hematological disorder metabolic disease etc Patient along with another skin disorder Patient having vit A sensitivity Patient with hypervitaminosis a The patient whose parents or guardians are not ready to give consent
