Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients having classical symptoms of Bhagandara will be selected. 2.Patients will be selected between the age group of 16 -70 yrs. of either gender, irrespective of religion, occupation, economic status. 3.Controlled systemic illness like Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering secondary to inflammatory diseases like Ulcerative colitis and Crohn s disease. 2.Fistula in ano associated with Multiple tracts, Fissure in Ano, Hemarrhoids, Anal stricture, Malignancy and Polyps. 3.Patients suffering from HIV, Tuberculosis, CA of rectum and Hepatitis B. 4.Pregnant women.

Effect of treatment will be assessed on the basis of gradation of both subjective and objective parameters before and after treatment.Timepoint: Follow up once every week for one month after study period
