Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess and compare the durability of zinc oxide nanoparticle coated on CuNiTi archwire of passive self-ligating system and assessing the antibacterial activity of nanoparticle coated archwire on streptococcus mutans adhesion in patients undergoing orthodontic treatmentTimepoint: (T1) 1 months after archwire placement

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of zinc oxide nanoparticle coating CuNiTi archwire of passive self-ligating system on streptococcus mutans adhesion.Timepoint: (T1) 1 months after archwire placement; To compare antibacterial efficacy of zinc oxide coated and uncoated CuNiTi archwire of passive self-ligating system on the incidence of white spot lesionTimepoint: (T1) 1 months after archwire placement
