Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 and above patients who are admitted in medicine ward length of stay more than 4 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use hearing aids Hemodianamically unstable Patient on sedative Patients with obstructive sleep apnea
