Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18 to 22 years Regular menstrual cycle Symptoms of pre menstrual syndrome for 3 months Participants with BMI of 18.5 to 29.9 Nullipara

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pelvic inflammatory diseases, gynecological diseases, Cyst, fibroids and other growths in uterus ovaries and fallopian tube. History of any specific diseases and compulsory use of specific drugs Participants with neurological disorders Participants with musculoskeletal disorders
