Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group- PCOS Diagnosed patients of PCOS based on the modified Rotterdam criteria. PCOS may be diagnosed if any two of the following criteria are present: Clinical or biochemical hyperandrogenism, Evidence of oligo-anovulation, Polycystic appearing-ovarian morphology on ultrasound, with exclusion of other relevant disorders. 2) Patients aged between 18 and 40 years and 3) Patients consenting to participate in the study. Control group:Age-matched women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients within 2 years of menarche. Patients with other systemic disorders and surgical conditions. Pregnant or lactating females. Females taking contraceptive pills.
