Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: newly exercising healthy individuals age 20 to 30 male and female individuals individuals with madhyam or hina mansa sarta

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals performing exercise for more than 2 month pregnant women individuals who are having protein supplements individuals who are having keto diet individuals with uttam mansa sarta
