Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young healthy recreational athletes, All genders, Age 18 years to 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of back or lower limb injury, and/or surgery within the last 6 months. Any congenital deformity and presence of current activity modifying pain in the lower limb. History of recent concussion, systemic medical condition. Unexplained weight loss in the last 6 months Any neurological symptoms (eg- paraesthesia, numbness) in the lower extremities. Patient reported diagnosed mental health conditions Chronic ankle instability
