Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group: Between 60 to 80 years 2.Both the genders are included 3.Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Left-handedness. 2.Having any musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. 3.Any unexplained falls within past 6th months. 4.Painful or less than 90 degree of shoulder abduction. 5.Individuals with any psychiatric illness or difficulty in understanding.
