Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects in the age group of 20-45 years. 2. Both male and female will be taken for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of musculoskeletal disorders affecting lower extremities that may prevent the subject from performing the warm-up (WU) protocol. 2. History of cardiopulmonary condition such as angina, arrhythmias, asthma that may precipitate when the heart is stressed. 3. Pregnancy and history of other related conditions which may be contraindicated as per study protocol. 4. Persons who regularly exercise in the gyms.
