Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-60 years pain over knee joint. Post TKA Knee stiffness (above 3 months) Normal alignment and implant patient general health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Osteoporosis Inadequate healing from TKA Metal implant fixation in knee Neurological or musculoskeletal conditions Recent fracture in knee
