Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children of either gender aged between 2 to 6 years presenting with signs and symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection Kaphaja kasa with 2 or more symptoms mentioned under the diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children suffering from lower respiratory tract infections Kasa as a complication of other systemic illness which interferes with treatment Children with peritonsillar abscess Parapharyngeal abscessIntratonsillar abscess Tonsilloliths tonsillar cyst Children suffering from other acute and chronic systemic illness and undergoing other interventions
