Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children of the age group 5-10 years with Parental Consent. 2 Children requiring Endodontic treatment in primary teeth under the effect of a local anaesthetic agent have been included in the study. 3 Children requiring the Extraction of a primary tooth under the effect of a local anaesthetic agent. 4 Children belonging to the ASA1 group and with no history of allergy to local anaesthetic agents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children whose parents refuse to give consent. 2 Uncooperative children. 3 The medically compromised children. 4 Children allergic to Local Anaesthesia. 5 Children with a history of seizures, cardiac arrhythmias, or pacemaker treatment. 6 Children who were taking medications for any bleeding disorders or taking anticoagulants. 7 Patients of hyperthyroidism, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, sulfite sensitivity, and those who are receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
