Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female state kabaddi players ranging from age group 15 to 20 years state kabaddi players having primary complaint of ankle pain for more than 6 months state kabaddi players having functional ankle instability that is ankle sprain grade ranging from 1 to 2 since 6 months players having minimum 5 to 6 episodes of recurrent ankle sprain in last one year ankle instability diagnosed by special test like cumberland ankle instabilty tool anterior drawers test y balance test illionis test willing participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of ankle fractures history of previous surgery of musculoskeletal structures in any of the lower limbs having received a specific program for prevention or rehabilitation of ankle injuries vestibular disorders pain in other areas at the time of assessment
