Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prior diagnosed patients of kaphaj hrudroga who have recent reports of 2D Echocardiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who is suffering from Congenital heart disease. 2) Patient who have undergone coronary artery bypass graft. 3) Patient who have undergone percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, valvular replacement. 4) Known cases of HIV, TB.
