Inclusion criteria: FOR CASE GROUP: Age: 20- 80 years. Gender: All genders. Participants who are already diagnosed with Powthiram (Anal Fistula) FOR CONTROL GROUP: INCLUSION CRITERIA: Age: 20-50 years. Gender: All gender. Non Powthiram partcipants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Participants who do not know their Birth Date, Time, Place. Pregnant women and lactating mothers FOR CONTROL GROUP: Participant who does not know their Birth Date, Time, Place
