Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 to 50 years Male and female Subjects doing night duty shifts for at least 15 days and above in a month for at least 6 months and above Subjects working at night at least 6 to 8 per 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Asthma and significant respiratory illness and case of pregnancy and cancer patients Any systemic psychological illness and sleep related disorders those who are under medication Pregnant ladies and workers diagnosed with any systemic and psychological illness
