Health Condition 1: K915- Postcholecystectomy syndrome

Interventions

Intervention1: Individualised Homoeopathic medicines: IHM will be given to the patients in centesimal potency. Potency and dose will be decided as appropriate for the patient and will be as per the ho
containing 2.4 ml (2% v/v) of dispensing alcohol, premixed in it
followed by ten uniformly-forceful downward strokes given against the bottom of the phial. This solution will be given to the respective patient with the instructions regarding the dosage as follows:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 20 years -60 years, Gender: male and female Patient underwent cholecystectomy (Open or Laparoscopic) at least minimum of 2 months ago and maximum of 20 years ago. Patient with features of dyspepsia with or without jaundice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post-cholecystectomy syndrome cases arising due to biliary stricture, fistula, perforation, chronic pancreatitis, Cholangitis, Helicobacter pylori infection, retained or dropped stone. Incidental Gall Bladder Cancer (IGBC) after cholecystectomy Pregnant and lactating women.
