Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy amateur male cricketers within the age group between 18-26 will be included. Players who have been practicing cricket for at least 2 years. Players practice at least 3 days/ week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any musculoskeletal injury , neurological impairment or psychological impairment . The players should not participate any other exercise program during the intervention program.
