Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Qualified Surgeons (INCLUDING WITH DIABETES AND HYPERTENSION} WILLING TO GIVE CONSENT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Less than 12 weeks after tendon transfer 2) Excessive pain in any areas of hand 3) Patient with active inflammatory disease 4) Following fracture, ligament repair 5) Person contraindicated for spirometer testing 6) Pregnancy

1) Hand grip strength will be measured by jamar handheld dynamometer Pinch grip stregth by pinch o metrr 2) Lung function will be measured by spirometer 3) Quality of life will be measured by WHO Quality of life -BREF questionnaire 4) Physical activity will be measured by International physical activity questionnaire Timepoint: at baseline
