Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 18 years. Patients diagnosed with AKI based on KDIGO criteria. Patients receiving pharmacological interventions that impact renal function e.g., nephrotoxic drugs. Patients admitted to the hospital for at least 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or on dialysis. Patients with incomplete medical records or insufficient data for analysis (e.g., Lab reports of RFT and Past medication history). Pregnant and lactating women.
