Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals from age group of 21 to 50 years. 2.Individual constantly working in jewellery shop as a proprietor at least for 3 years. 3.No history of major illness in the past. 4 proprieters not exercising for the last 3 years. 5.volunteers willing for written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person suffering from underactive thyroid, Cushing syndrome and polycystic ovary syndrome and on treatment
