| Validity of the IBO Orthodontic Index in assessing The severity degree of difficulty of malocclusion before treatment The treatment outcome improvement after orthodontic care across different types of malocclusion Class I II and IIITimepoint: Pre-Treatment (Baseline): Collection of initial patient records before starting orthodontic treatment. Includes: photographs, study models, and lateral cephalographs. Purpose: To assess the initial severity of malocclusion using the IBO Orthodontic Index. Post-Treatment (Final Assessment): Collection of records after completion of orthodontic treatment. Includes: final photographs, study models, and lateral cephalographs. Purpose: To assess the treatment outcome and degree of improvement using the IBO Index. Reliability Testing (For Scoring Consistency): Initial Scoring: 15 sets of models scored by both examiners. Re-scoring after 1 month: Same 15 sets re-evaluated to assess intra-examiner reliability. | — |

Comparison of treatment outcomes among Class I, II, and III malocclusion groups using the percentage improvement from pre- to post-treatment IBO Index scores. Inter-examiner and intra-examiner reliability of IBO Index scoring using statistical methods (Bland-Altman plot and Intraclass Correlation Coefficient). Feasibility and practicality of using the IBO Index in routine clinical settings.Timepoint: Pre-Treatment (Baseline): Collection of initial patient records before starting orthodontic treatment.
