Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Necrotic immature permanent anterior teeth. Open apex associated with or without periapical radiolucency less than 1.5 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with medical conditions like cardiac problems, pregnant patients, diabetic patients, bleeding tendencies, HIV+ patients, hepatitis-B. All patients will go through HIV screening 2. Tooth that requires post and core, severely curved canals. 3. Tooth with calcified canals

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Periapical healing and bone formation. Root length, apical closure and Dentinal axial wall thickness Timepoint: 6 months,1 year.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
REGAINING OF SENSIBILITY TO THERMAL AND ELECTRIC PULPTESTS.Timepoint: 6 months,12 months.
