Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases of spondylogenic Low Back Ache presenting in the OPD of dept

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post-operative cases of spinal surgery, Low back ache with rheumatologic, immunologic, infective or traumatic origin, physically incapacitated patients, patients with multiple comorbidities, poorly motivated patients and individuals with compression of the nerve root causing neurological deficit will be excluded from the study.

MeasureTime frame
The individuals will be tasked to hold the final position for a while and note down the time which will be called the Back Extension Holding Time (BEHT). The distance between fingertip and toes while bending forward is called Finger to Toe Distance (FTTD). The pain score of an individual is the maximum pain on a scale of 0 10 as experienced by the individual during the course of a day and he / she is asked to maintain a pain diary.Timepoint: The BEHT, FTTD and PAin score shall be assessed monthly for 3 months
