Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 18 to 30 yrs.2)Gender- Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age group from less than 18 yrs. and greater than 30 yrs.2)Adults with any respiratory disorders.3)Adults with any musculoskeletal disorders of lower limb.
