Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Desktop workers (working 5-6 hours/day) 2.Asymptomatic bilateral hamstring tightness 3.Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neurological or musculoskeletal disorders 2.Participation in flexibility/yoga programs in past 6 months 3.Lower limb trauma/injury 4.Involved in sports/gym 5.Unwilling to consent
