Intervention1: Rough Surface KOS+ basal implant under the brand name MONOIMPLANT.: Basal implants which is of rough surface will be placed in atrophied ridges and crestal bone level will be evaluated

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adults with partially edentulous atrophic jaws 2)Meeting specific bone quality criteria for cortico-basal implant placement. 3)Willing to undergo follow-up assessments for the designated study duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or Lactating 2) Heavy Smokers and Drinkers 3) Patient not willing for follow ups
