Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with Primary insomnia who are willing to give written informed consent for the study, Patient fulfilling ICD 10 criteria for Insomnia F.51.05.and ICD Code 11(Ayush Morbidity Code(patient suffering from Sleeplessness for at least 1 month not associated with other medical conditions, Mental Disorders, Substance use, ISI Score ranging between 8 to 21- mild to moderate) were randomly selected for the study, Patient of Either gender between age group 18 years to 60 years, Patient who are fit for Nasya and Shirodhara ( Nasya Arha) and (Shirodhara Arha), Patient who are not on any kind of drug dependency.
