Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.obese individuals in 18-25 years of age group 2. non-obese individuals in 18-25 of age group 3.Gender-both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with cognitive and hearing issue 2.Patient with musculoskeletal disorder involving upper extremity 3.patient with cardiopulmonary condition which affect exercise tolerance 4. Patient with diabetes.
