Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient undergoing TKR who are cases of Primary Osteoarthritis, Secondary Osteoarthritis of knee due to Septic Arthritis, Tuberculosis. 2.Post traumatic Arthritis 3.Patient able to give informed consent and agrees to comply with the postoperative review programme.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient undergoing revision surgery or second stage TKA. 2.Patient with fresh trauma. 3.Patient is immobile or has another neurological condition affecting musculoskeletal function 4.Patient with major psychological problems or neurological deficit. 5.Patient with previous drug dependence, tolerance to any of the ingredient of the injection or allergy to any of the ingredients of the injection. 6.Patient with hepatic dysfunction .
