Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female participants were included 2.Body Mass Index Within the normal range of 18.5 to 24.9 kilogram per meter square 3.Cognitive status Score greater than 26 on the Mini-Mental State Examination, indicating normal cognitive function 4.Successfully cleared the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to ensure safety for participation in exercise interventions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No participation in HIIT or vigorous exercise programs in the past 6 months 2.Subjects with history of diagnosed cardiovascular diseases 3.Diagnosed respiratory diseases 4.Neurological conditions 5.Diagnosed with Type 1 or uncontrolled Type 2 diabetes 6.Obesity with BMI greater than 35 kilogram per metre square 7.History of recent injuries or surgeries 8.Visual or Hearing Sensory impairments. 9.Post-COVID-19 individuals with lingering symptoms
