Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient who are having classical sign symptoms of Parikartika like constipation,perianal itching, sphincter spasm,burning sensation,anal canal and per rectal bleeding,pain on deafecation. 2.Patients between the ages of 20 to 60 yrs. 3.Sex-Both male and female. 4. Acute fissure in ano will be taken onset of symtoms within 6 week s. 5. which are willing to participate in clinical study/trial with written consent. 6.patient willing to participate in clinical study /trial with written consent. 7.Those dose not need any surgical intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other systemic illness like Malignancy,HBsAg and Retrovirus positive patients. 2.Patients diagnosed with internal and external haemorrohoids,Fistula in ano and Abscess. 3.Diagnosed case of crohn s disease and Ulcerative colitis. 5.infective and Neoplastic conditions of rectum, Rectal prolapse, will be excluded. 6.Pelvic pathology and pregnancy. 7.Chronic fissure in ano more then 6 weeks 8.Patient not willing to participate in the clinical trial /study or written consent
