Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with Thandagavatham (Lumbar Spondylosis) , with Oswestry low back pain score of minimum 20.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 Vulnerable groups Known or suspected spinal pathology(Fracture Malignancy Infective cauda equina syndrome) Confirmed pregnancy or lactation Spinal surgery 12 months previously or scheduled for major surgery Known case of renal or large bowel pathology

Changes in Neerkkuri Neikkuri patterns in the patients with Thandagavatham (Lumbar Spondylosis) from baseline through end point who have been instituted Peechu therapy will be documented after comparision with Oswestry Low back pain scale.Timepoint: At time of recruitment End of Peechu therapy
