Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Intermittent male football players b. Age group (18-25) c. Participants with calf muscle tightness, confirms through lunge test. d. Individuals actively participate in football matches at least once in a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Recent lower limb injuries or surgeries within the past six months. b. Any diagnosed specific conditions that can affect balance. c. Regular participation in sports activity.
