Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex in the age group of 20 to 70 years. 2. Clinical signs and symptoms of Gradhrasi present in the classical text. 3. Tenderness at the course of Sciatic Nerve. 4. Severe pain on squatting. 5. Patient willing to be registered for study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fracture related to spine. 2. Traumatic, infective, neoplastic conditions of spine. 3. Patient having Haemoglobin less than 7mg per dl. 4. Cardiac disease (ischemic heart disease, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction). 5. Pregnant women and lactating women. 6. Patient who have suffering from any systemic or metabolic disorders (diabetes mellitus, hypertension, tuberculosis of spine and hip joint, malignancy).
