Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients irrespective of sex, religion, socioeconomic status falling in the age group of 18-60 years 2. Patients fulfilling all the diagnostic criteria of kanabha Visha will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients below 18 years and above 60 years of age. 2. patients suffering from other systemic diseases that may interfere with the prognosis and management of wasp sting. 3. patients with other toxic bites. 4. sting over eyes, lips and genital areas. 5. pregnant and lactating women.
