Inclusion criteria: All elective surgeries posted under general anaesthesia ASA I and II patients Mouth opening more than or equal to 2 fingers MP grade 1,2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient s refusal Anticipated difficult intubation BMI more than 30 kg per meter square Previous oral cavity surgery Pregnancy Cervical spine injury
