Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employee currently employed in selected industries for at least 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who will have severe mental health conditions requiring immediate clinical intervention or taking any medications for mental illness. Participants who will be on short-term assignments. Participants who already enrolled in a mental health or employee well being program.
