Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of adequate amount of bone structure at the implant territory Adequate interocclusal and mesiodistal space in the edentulous area Healthy patients of ASA One and Two Category Patients seeking replacement of teeth in mandibular arch

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers and tobacco chewers Medically compromised patients Patients who are physically or intellectually challenged Implant site that requires bone grafts Patients not willing to sign informed consent Patients requiring full mouth rehabilitation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The flapless technique is expected to show less crestal bone loss, reduced soft tissue inflammation, and comparable implant success rates to the flapped technique.Timepoint: Pre operative, immediate post operative, 3 months, 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The flap technique is expected to show a little more crestal bone loss, less reduced soft tissue inflammation as compared to the flapless technique.Timepoint: Pre operative, immediate post operative, 3 months, 6 months
