Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status 1 and 2 undergoing elective Endoscopic Transsphenoidal Pituitary Surgeries (ETSS) under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, bleeding disorders, infection at puncture site for SZMNB , allergic to study drugs , Chronic pain conditions including Idiopathic migraine as defined by ICHD (International classification of headache disorders) criteria , requiring the use of pain medication . Inability to adhere to study protocol.
