Intervention1: indicated homeopathic remedy by applying concept of complete symptom: case will be repertorised using synthesis repertory- amongst 1st 10 probable remedies after repertorisation remedy

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases acute tonsillitis as per ICD 11(CAO3) age group 1 - 18 years both sexes type of acute tonsillitis like acute superficial tonsillitis, acute follicular tonsillitis, Acute membranous tonsillitis & Acute parenchymatous tonsillitis cases in which parents will give consents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who are on any medications like chemotherapy ,steroids. immunocompromised patients who are suffering from DM,cancer, bleeding disorders, congenital abnormality, IgA neuropathy
