Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COUPLES who met the WHO definition of Infertility undergoing IUI for unexplained causes. were aged Women: 20 to 45 years Men: aged 25 to 50 years were under Primary infertility Women with Body Mass Index more than or equal to 25, are overweight and obese with their partner with or without overweight and obesity. who can read Tamil or English who are willing to participate in the study possessing a smart mobile phone physically capable of performing Aerobic exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: already practice aerobic exercise with Genetic and Chromosomal disorders with Cognitive Impairment plan for Surrogacy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Partnership enhanced Fertility Strategies,will be effective in maintaining optimum level of the Cardiometabolic Index, improve dyadic coping among couples, increase clinical pregnancy rates, and enhance overall quality of life.Timepoint: at the end of 12 weeks and 16 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
There will be a relationship between the cardiometabolic Index, dyadic coping, clinical pregnancy rates, and quality of life in obese couples with infertility. Timepoint: at the end of 12 weeks and 16 weeks
