Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. MRI Diagnosed Isolated PCL Injury 2. History of knee injury within the 6-week duration 3. Age group 18-35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any associated ligamentous or meniscal injuries 2. Any associated fractures in the knee joint 3. Local infection around the knee 4. Uncontrolled systemic diseases 5. Local corticosteroid injection within 8 weeks 6. Thrombocytopenia 7. Haemodynamic instability
