Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any gender aged between 18 years and 80 years. All stroke patient after 1 month post stroke. Stroke patients under Stage 3 criteria according to Brunnstorm Staging Participant conscious, oriented, on Glasgow coma scale above 12 Able to give written/verbal(recorded video-graphically) consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stroke involving Basal Ganglia and Rigidity. Contractures after fibrosed muscles Pregnant and Lactating women Patients suffering from unstable Neurological condition Progressive stroke Participants requiring oxygen support Uncontrolled hypertension and/ or uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Known cases of malignancy, parkinsonism, Alzheimer disease, cases with pre-stroke spasticity conditions

MeasureTime frame
To assess the change in muscle tone with the modified Ashworth Scale (MAS)Timepoint: (at baseline and at each follow up) Follow-up- weekly for first month and then fortnightly for 2nd to 6th month.
