Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and females aged 35-55 years. FIM score: 126 (maximal independence) Those willing to participate in a structured training program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals currently engaged in structured resistance or functional training. Individuals having any apparent musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or neurological disorders affecting their daily activity. Individuals with a history of recent surgery or injury affecting mobility. Those with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, or any chronic illness. Those unable to commit to the study duration or follow-up assessment.
