Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married and unmarried women of age group 15 to 55 years. Subjects fullfilling the Diagnostic criteria Subjects having both primary and secondary Dysmenorrhea Subjects with history of inflammatory conditions like Pelvic inflammatory disorders, Subjects with history of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with regular cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having systemic illnesses which interfere with the course of study. Subjects with Pelvic Carcinoma Subjects with history of Ano rectal disorders
